We congratulate Nscale, a global provider of AI infrastructure, on the establishment of the “Stargate Norway” partnership together with Aker Group and OpenAI.
Stargate Norway is a groundbreaking project aimed at establishing an advanced artificial intelligence factory near Narvik, Norway, and is described as one of the most significant AI infrastructure investments in Europe.
Bull has once again had the pleasure of assisting Nscale, this time as Norwegian legal counsel in the Joint Venture negotiations with Aker Group and the establishment of this partnership.

Bull has assisted Flytoget in its merger with Vygruppen AS. Following a mandate from the Ministry of Transport and Communications, extensive preparations were carried out, including a demerger transferring Flytoget’s rolling stock to Norske tog AS.
The merger has now been completed.
