Bull assisted Endúr ASA and HAB Construction AS in connection with HAB Construction AS’s acquisition of parts of the bankruptcy estate of Topaas & Haug AS.
Topaas & Haug is a civil engineering contractor established in Bærum in 1954, with operations including groundworks, road and water and wastewater infrastructure, concrete works and other civil engineering projects.
Through the transaction, HAB Construction has acquired selected operating assets, lease agreements and contracts related to ongoing customer projects. The acquisition strengthens HAB Construction’s presence in the Oslo region and adds experience, customer relationships and an attractive project portfolio to the organisation.

Bull assisted Endúr ASA and HAB Construction AS’ in connection with HAB Construction AS’s acquisition of Enviro Entreprenør AS.
Enviro Entreprenør is a specialist contractor within water and wastewater, district heating and groundworks for complex infrastructure and construction projects. The company operates both as a main contractor and subcontractor, primarily in the Oslo region and Eastern Norway.
The transaction adds a business that complements HAB’s existing project portfolio and strengthens the Endúr group’s position within the infrastructure segment. Enviro Entreprenør will continue as a separate company, while the acquisition also creates opportunities for increased collaboration with HAB and Endúr’s other subsidiaries on larger regional projects.

Bull assisted Endúr ASA and Total Betong AS in connection with Total Betong AS’s acquisition of all shares in Engelsen Total AS.
Engelsen Total is a turnkey contractor based in Haugesund, with a strong position in the Haugaland and Sunnhordland regions. The company delivers projects within both new construction and rehabilitation of residential and commercial real estate, as well as public and industrial buildings.
Through the transaction, Total Betong strengthens its project organisation and presence in Western Norway, while Engelsen Total will continue to operate as an independent company under Total Betong. The acquisition is in line with Endúr’s decentralised model and facilitates further growth, increased project capacity and a strengthened service offering in the region.

Bull assisted Endúr ASA and BMO Entreprenør AS in connection with BMO Entreprenør AS’s acquisition of Wimo AS.
Wimo is a niche contractor and specialist in rockfall protection, based in Bergen. The company provides services within rockfall and landslide protection, soil stabilization and selected groundworks, both as a main contractor and subcontractor.
Through the transaction, Wimo becomes part of BMO Fjell AS, where it will operate in close cooperation with Norsk Bergsikring AS. The acquisition strengthens Endúr’s and BMO’s expertise and geographical presence within a specialised market segment, and provides a platform for further growth and development in Western Norway and nationwide.
