Vegard Øien works mainly with contract law, company law and transactions (M&A), as well as negotiations and dispute resolution. Vegard regularly assists developers and other parties in the construction industry.
He has extensive experience, both from his role as a lawyer and from board positions in a number of companies, with advisory on company and contract law issues for domestic and international clients.
Øien was also a bankruptcy trustee at Romerike and Glåmdal District Court in from 2016 to 2024.
