Endre Bakke Arntzen assists Bull’s clients within the field of business law, with a particular focus on corporate law, contract law, and dispute resolution. He has solid experience in strategic advice relating to shareholder and corporate disputes.

He has extensive litigation experience before the courts, enabling him to provide strategic and tailored advice at every stage of a dispute. He served as a deputy judge for more than three years and handled complex and extensive cases in his capacity as a judge. In addition, he has litigated a number of cases as an attorney within the field of business law. Endre helps create confidence for clients in demanding situations involving a high level of conflict and significant values at stake, and he is also able to identify solutions that may resolve conflicts both before and during court proceedings.

In addition, Endre has specialist expertise in competition law, where he assists clients in connection with merger notifications to the Norwegian Competition Authority, and advises on competition law issues relating to distribution agreements, supplier relationships, and other commercial contractual arrangements.

Endre also provides advice within the field of technology law, with a particular focus on IT contracts.
