Presentations: Norwegian and EU space law: practical impacts

Bull, in collaboration with NIFRO, invites you to a seminar on Norway’s new Space Act—an important and long-awaited update to the 1969 framework. Following its first reading in the Norwegian Parliament—and having also passed its second reading on Thursday 11 December, meaning it is now considered adopted—the Act is expected to enter into force no earlier than 1 July 2026 (with regulations likely to follow).

We will discuss what the new rules mean in practice for the sector—particularly for launch and satellite operators—as well as the wider regulatory landscape, including the forthcoming EU Space Act.
