The team has extensive experience litigating complex environmental cases in court. For instance, Cathrine Hambro has been a key figure in the so-called climate lawsuit, which was heard in three instances, culminating in a plenary hearing before the Supreme Court in 2020. She is now one of two legal representatives for the parties in the case that has been brought before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, where the case is currently under review.
