Main work areas
Andreas’ main focus is on M&A, technology contracts, public procurement and IT.
He advises suppliers and customers on commercial contracts and private/public procurement and has extensive experience as head of negotiations. Andreas has a strong focus on technology and technology-related businesses and works with both Norwegian and global clients.
Andreas has extensive experience with M&A and corporate work for start-up companies and those in a venture capital or private equity phase.
The rating agency Chambers and Partners Europe rates Andreas in Band 2 within Competition/Antitrust, quoting the clients’ view of him as a «strong lawyer» and that he offers «excellent help, good answers and speed». In addition, The Legal 500 recommends him within EU and competition (2019) and moves him up to Leading Individual in the new category Public procurement (2020), stating that “the highly regarded Andreas Wahl is also a key name to note.”
