Preparation of agreements, negotiations, dispute resolution and strategic advisory related to both commercial and legal issues. Kristian’s in-house experience at EVRY, as entrepreneur and as close collaborator with many businesses, have given him a unique commercial understanding, which is reflected in his legal advice.

Beyond his main fields of expertise, Kristian has broad experience in general commercial law, and is part of a large international network of lawyers. Kristian has participated in numerous international negotiation, particularly related to IT outsourcing.

Kristian is a Member of the Expert Committee for IT law at Norwegian Center for continuing legal education and is recommended in Chambers & Partners (TMT), Legal 500 (TMT) and Who’s Who Legal—in the latter as a “Thought Leader” within data and as a global leader within IT and Data Privacy & Protection. Clients describe Kristian to Chambers as «detail-oriented» and emphasise his «broad knowledge».

 

Kristian advises and lectures in data protection, director exposure during data breach incidents, and the Internet of things. He was a permanent adviser for the Norwegian National Competence Center for open source while it existed.
