Simen Kildebo Neraker

Simen Kildebo Neraker works across a broad range of civil law matters. He has particular experience in cases relating to IT contracts, tort law, and real estate matters.

He also advises on corporate law, construction and engineering law, and directors’ liability, and has solid experience handling interdisciplinary and complex issues.

Simen’s practice also includes arbitration and international disputes. He has handled a number of matters involving cross-border debt recovery, as well as the enforcement of foreign judgments in and outside Norway.
