Simen Kildebo Neraker

Simen Kildebo Neraker is part of the Insurance and liability team and the Logistics and transport team. He is also affiliated with the Environmental law and sustainability team. Within these disciplines, Simen assists with advice and dispute resolution.

During his studies, Simen wrote a master's and scholarship thesis for the Association of Jurists, examining how far lawmakers can go in limiting judicial control with certain administrative decisions. As a student, he also won the Juristforeningen's Prize paper for his "Legal theory as a type of legal authority".
