Johanne Hauglum Holter works primarily with restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy. She offers advice and dispute resolution assistance within commercial law, including board liability cases and investigations. Johanne also works with various forms of bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, she can assist with contract and construction law issues.

Johanne has acquired experience with dispute resolution and consultancy, especially in matters involving board liability and contract law issues. She has experience in conducting major negotiations and mediations and has litigation experience from district court and the court of appeal. She strives to present complicated cases in a structured and easily understandable manner – focusing on the core of the case to aim for victory for the client.

Johanne has assisted contractors, technical subcontractors and developers with contract strategies, contract entry, project implementation, final settlement and conflict resolution – and with conducting training courses.
