Fredrik Aasrum is an attorney in the departments of Employment law and Probate and estate planning. He assists with the preparation of agreements, consultation, negotiations and dispute resolution within these areas.

In the area of private law latters, Fredrik assists with cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, powers of attorney, and wills, as well as financial settlements in cases of separation and death. He also regularly assists with property transfers and generational shifts.

Within employment law, he provides assistance on a wide range of issues, with particular expertise in downsizing and layoff processes, which was the topic of his master's thesis. He also has extensive experience with whistleblowing cases and investigations. His main competence is within downsizing and temporary lay-off processes, which was the topic of his master’s thesis.
