Nils Henrik Varmann Jørgensen

Nils Henrik has more than 25 years of experience and primarily works with dispute resolution and litigation, with extensive courtroom experience. He also has specialist expertise in insurance and tort law, real estate, and construction-related liability matters.

A significant part of his practice is within insurance, in particular liability insurance and coverage issues. His work covers most forms of liability, from private to commercial matters, including product and professional liability, as well as recourse claims and loss assessment. He also advises on property damage insurance and regularly handles complex compensation claims.

He also has solid expertise in real estate, including matters relating to sales, construction, leases, management, operations and maintenance, as well as disputes connected to construction projects.
