Lisa Digernes provides advisory services, enforcement and clearances of intellectual property rights, in addition to drafting and negotiating agreements.
She is also a member of the Norwegian Bar Association's law committee for intellectual property and marketing law.
Lisa has extensive international experience in intellectual property law and worked as a lawyer in New York for more than 10 years before moving back to Norway. Her primary focus is the film/TV, publishing, advertising and art industries.
Her practice centers around international agreement negotiations, which results in her having developed a large network of lawyers worldwide.
