Hanna Beyer Olaussen is a technology lawyer who works with strategic consulting, contracts, M&A, disputes, and IT procurement. She is an expert in intellectual property law, marketing law, consumer protection, and IT, and has very extensive experience in these areas.

She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a very wide range of contracts, including various collaboration agreements, technology agreements, transfer agreements, license agreements, research and development agreements, confidentiality agreements (NDA), terms of use, sales terms, service agreements, consultancy agreements, distribution agreements, agency agreements, and franchise agreements. Hanna also assists clients in transactions and has specialized expertise in securing, protecting, and evaluating technology investments, including risk in IT solutions. Additionally, Hanna assists companies with issues related to marketing, copyright, trademarks, domain names, company names, other signs, know-how, trade secrets, and employee inventions, where the practice also includes assistance in dispute resolutions.
Hanna has been a partner at Bull since 2024. She has worked as a lawyer in technology law since 2004. She has a strong professional commitment and is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association's law committee for intellectual property and marketing law.
