Hanna Beyer Olaussen

Hanna Beyer Olaussen is a technology lawyer who works with strategic consulting, contracts, M&A, disputes, and IT procurement. She is an expert in intellectual property law, marketing law, consumer protection, and IT, and has very extensive experience in these areas.

She assists companies with the commercialization and protection of technology, including digital solutions. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a very wide range of contracts, including various collaboration agreements, technology agreements, transfer agreements, license agreements, research and development agreements, confidentiality agreements (NDA), terms of use, sales terms, service agreements, consultancy agreements, distribution agreements, agency agreements, and franchise agreements.
