Eivor has specialist expertise in real estate transactions, commercial real estate, and real estate development.

She has extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of real estate and real estate companies, and advises clients throughout all stages of transaction processes – from structuring and due diligence to completion and settlement. Eivor also has broad experience in planning and building law, construction law, lease agreements, contract law, and dispute resolution.

Eivor advises businesses on real estate law issues throughout the entire value chain – from zoning and land acquisition to development, transactions, and asset management. Throughout her career, she has advised both Norwegian and international clients on matters relating to commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, and property management.

She is an active participant in key industry forums such as Eiendomsdagene, Citykonferansen Bodø, and MIPIM in Cannes, and has through this built a strong network within the real estate industry.
