Camilla Harstad assists private individuals with general advice and dispute resolution in inheritance law, division of estates, and family law.

Among other things, she provides assistance in the drafting of wills, enduring powers of attorney, prenuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements. Additionally, she provides legal assistance in settling matters related to death, divorce, or the termination of cohabitation.

Camilla also provides assistance in connection with public division of estates.

Camilla Harstad bistår privatpersoner med generell rådgivning og tvisteløsning innen arve-, skifte- og familierett.

Blant annet arbeider hun med opprettelse av testamenter, fremtidsfullmakter, ektepakter og samboeravtaler. Hun gir også juridisk bistand i oppgjør ved dødsfall, skilsmisse og opphør av samboerforhold.

Særlig har Camilla kompetanse innen økonomiske oppgjør ved skilsmisse og opphør av samboerforhold. Herunder har hun særlig erfaring med spørsmål om skjevdeling og særeie.

Camilla bistår også i forbindelse med bostyreroppdrag ved offentlig skifte av dødsbo.
