Ane is specialized in employment law. She assists Norwegian and international companies, organisations/unions and employees.

Ane provides general legal advice within employment law, including individual termination cases, reorganisations, downsizing, whistleblowing, and follow-up of employees on sick leave.

Ane also has experience with dispute resolution and litigation, both as a lawyer and as deputy judge.

Ane er spesialisert innen arbeidsrett. Hun bistår norske og internasjonale selskaper, organisasjoner/forbund og arbeidstakere.

Ane arbeider med løpende rådgivning innen arbeidsrett, blant annet individuelle oppsigelsessaker, omorganiseringer, nedbemanninger, varslingssaker og sykefraværsoppfølging.

Ane har også erfaring med prosedyre/tvisteløsning, både som advokat og dommerfullmektig.
