Sara Lamøy Engberg

Sara is affiliated with Bull's practice groups for technology, as well as corporate law and M&A. Within the field of technology, Sara primarily works with commercial contracts, data protection, and broader legal advisory services for technology companies. She regularly assists clients in various M&A processes and provides general corporate legal advice. She also works extensively at the intersection of technology and M&A, including acquisitions and transactions within the technology sector.

Over the past three years, Sara has been seconded part-time as a legal advisor to a technology company within a larger corporate group, where she has recently served as the sole legal resource. This role has given her significant insight into companies' internal processes and organization, an experience she brings to her work as an external attorney.Sara is active in legal professional communities and leads a network for in-house counsel in technology companies.

She is also a deputy member of Bull's board. Additionally, she serves as a board member of Yngre Advokater (Young Lawyers), Oslo District, where she is dedicated to developing and strengthening the legal environment for younger lawyers.
