Karoline Kjølseth Grønnerud is a member of the firm’s Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice group.
Karoline provides advice and dispute resolution services within business law, and assists with bankruptcy and compulsory liquidation estates as well as restructurings.
She specialized in company law, transactions and finance at the University of Oslo, and has a strong interest in business and commercial law. In the autumn of 2025, she wrote her master’s thesis, “Board Members’ Liability in Damages Towards the Company’s Contracting Parties for Breach of the Duty to Disclose Financial Distress.” The thesis examines directors’ liability for breach of the duty to disclose financial distress to contracting parties extending credit to the company.
