Karoline Moen Brunstad

Karoline is an expert in employment law and has extensive experience in providing advice to employers across a wide range of industries. She also possesses solid expertise in employment law negotiations and dispute resolution before the courts.

Karoline assists managers and HR professionals in both national and international companies with advice on all aspects related to employee matters. This includes drafting employment contracts, addressing questions about working hours, vacation, temporary employment and hiring, as well as handling personnel matters.

Her advice to employers covers a broad spectrum of employment law processes, such as downsizing, individual terminations, reorganizations, business transfers, and transactions. Karoline has particular expertise in handling employment law conflicts and disputes before the courts, and she previously served as a deputy judge at Bergen District Court.
