Karoline has specialized in employment law since 2013 and has extensive experience advising employers across various industries. She has solid expertise in employment law negotiations and dispute resolution, including litigation before the courts.

With her expertise, Karoline assists businesses in strategic planning and the execution of processes involving employees, including reorganizations and restructurings, downsizing, business transfers, and other transactions.

Karoline also provides legal and strategic advice to managers and HR professionals in personnel matters, such as individual terminations, sick leave cases, whistleblowing cases, harassment, and discrimination. She has in-depth knowledge of complex legal issues within employment law, including collective labor law, pensions, working hours, holidays, temporary employment, and hiring.

Karoline has particularly specialized in handling employment law conflicts and disputes, both in and outside of the courts. With prior experience as a deputy judge at Bergen District Court and a significant portfolio in dispute resolution, she has negotiated and litigated numerous challenging employment law cases.
