Audun Kleppestø has particular expertise in insolvency and restructuring, corporate law, as well as insurance law and financing. He works extensively with corporate law matters, including transactions and reorganisations and directors’ and officers’ liability cases, in addition to providing contractual legal advice. He is regularly appointed as a bankruptcy trustee by the Oslo District Court.
Audun has extensive experience in financing and security/perfection law, including assisting foreign banks in connection with financings and the provision of guarantees. He also has significant experience in insurance law, particularly in matters relating to insurance settlements, and has broad expertise in financial and insurance regulatory issues.
Audun regularly acts as counsel in litigation before the courts within his areas of specialisation. He is also ranked as “up and coming” in restructuring and bankruptcy law in Finansavisen’s annual lawyer survey.
