Agnethe works within private law matters.

She has particular experience in family law, including separation, parental disputes and child custody, as well as guardianship.

In her master’s thesis, she wrote about the right to a publicly appointed defence counsel during the preparatory stage under Section 100, second paragraph, of the Norwegian Criminal Procedure Act, including a critical assessment of whether Norwegian law provides sufficient legal safeguards in this area.

Alongside her studies, she worked as a senior executive officer in the Oslo Police District, where she processed applications for passports and ID cards. There, she gained solid insight into administrative law issues and valuable practical experience in working with people.
