Main work areas
Commercial law with a particular emphasis on market and intellectual property law, contracts, competition law, public procurements, privacy and labour law.
Acts for a number of Norwegian and international companies on questions of intellectual property rights and market law as well as providing general legal advice. His client companies include familiar brand names such as Puma and Timberland, as well as a number of pharmaceutical companies. He has broad experience in pursuing counterfeit products.
He has acted for clients in competition law cases in both Norway and at EEA level. He has also advised a number of public authorities and local authorities on procurements.
Litigation experience from the district court, court of appeal and Supreme Court, especially within the areas of patent, trademark, market, contract and labour law.
