Tone has over 20 years of experience as a tax lawyer, with expertise in global mobility – cross-border mobility for companies, employees, and private individuals.

She has assisted several of Norway's largest companies with comprehensive advice related to employer and employee obligations (tax, social security, and pensions) in connection with cross-border work.
