Henrik has extensive experience in corporate law, transactions, and tax. He primarily works with M&A, reorganisations, mergers/demergers, incentive schemes, contracts, tax advisory, and tax disputes. Henrik also has substantial experience in financial crime and litigation, based on his background as a police prosecutor and public prosecutor at Økokrim.
He most recently served as a Senior Associate at BAHR. He has previously been in-house counsel at Equinor with global responsibility for tax, and has worked as a lawyer at Wiersholm and Deloitte. Henrik was recognised as a “Rising Star” in tax by International Tax Review in both 2024 and 2025. In addition, he has five years of business and economics studies from NHH and experience as a state-authorised public accountant (Certified Public Accountant).
